Some nerves run from your head to your feet, others start in different areas of the body. These nerves touch various body parts, body systems, and organs. Creating this map of the entire body on the feet. 🗺️📍🦶 

Through gentle techniques and stimulating reflex zones we are able to access this map of the body. Awakening your bodies natural healing abilities. By boosting the immune system, draining the lymphatic system, stimulating body parts, muscles, glands, organs, etc. I use over 200 access points, all taught to me by Heidi McKay at The Foot Zoning School.🎓🐑
